There is no dip stick you must remove the upper plug by the drain.
14mm wrench. remove 4 nuts from the front flange and 4 nuts rear flange. Careful with the driveshaft it's aluminum.
put it in neutral and shift it to two wheel drive

remove both front and rear driveshafts or if your 4x4 shifter has a neutral position put the transfer case in neutral and transmission in neutral and it should be fine if no neutral is presant in the 4x4 selection remove drive shafts.

well Honda's are a bit tricky since there made in japan theres no hand space, i drive Honda integra, you have to lift the car up find 3 belts one of the belts is the alternators, find it unhook and then find where your alternator latchesNote: this make take an hr. if you know what your doing
