There are several different sizes of vacuum hoses in the 89 Accord. The hoses are at various places in the engine bay and under the dash, and sizes can range from 1/4 inch to 3/4 inch diameters.
My '89 Accord just began idling like that. It turns out that two of the belts broke yesterday, so maybe your belts are on the verge of breaking. Mine has been idling like that for just a few days before the belts broke.

Without seeing your situation. If you are unable to loosen a bolt then use a longer wrench to put more torque on the bolt head. If the bolt is loose but stuck in the hole use a drift punch and a hammer to tap it out.
My 89 LXI did the same thing for a while until one day it woudn't start at all. After testing found a faulty rotor. After replacing rotor, it hasn't happened again. I'm no expert but i have noticed when it wont start i just open the gas cap to release the pressure then it starts, when warm.
unbolt it and then remove it. Put new one in then tighten it up

The Oxygen sensor of a 89 honda accord lxi fuel injection 2.0 valve engine is located in front of the engine on the manifold .
I had a hard time with it, I took the power steering pump off then lossened the alternator to get to it. That is on a 1990 model by the way and I would think they are the same,
