Buy the repair manual (Haynes, CHilton, FOrd Factory). Remove the wheel. Remove the caliper. Remove the disc retaining screw. Pull off the disc.
To change the front disc brakes on a Kia Rio, simply remove the assembly held by two bolts. Push the piston back and replace the disc brakes with new.
If yours has disc brakes, remove the caliper mounting bolts and move the caliper out the way. Remove the hub nut assembly and withdraw the disc. Separate the disc from its carrier and hammer out the studs from the front.

You will need to remove the tire and wheel from your 1986 Honda Accord. Remove the brake caliper and the brake spring. The disk brakes will come off. Reverse the process to install the new front disc brakes.
I have a 2003 and the front disc brakes have a torque nut not hex.
