You have to remove the entire door panel. There are three bolts holding it on, one at the bottom, one under the door handle and one behind the manual door lock( this pops off easy with a screw driver).
If you have power windows/locks there is no bolt under the manual lock, it is behind the power console on the door armrest. This also pops out easily by using a screwdriver but be careful you don't mark up the padded rest area.
