They are located under the Plenum (cast aluminum) housing on both the front and back of the engine. You can see the front 3 through the openings in the plenum but you need to remove the windshield wiper tray to get a look at the back 3.
You will have to remove the wiper arms, then remove the cowl, and then the wiper motor.
Remove the wiring harness from the back of your 1995 Chevy Lumina front wiper motor. Remove the traveling arm linkage from the wiper motor. Remove the wiper motor retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new front wiper motor.
