You must be more specific. The Power Mac refers to a number of computers spanning from around 1994 to 2005. The first power macs like the Power Mac 6100 had a 60MHz processor. CrossOver requires a Mac with an Intel Core Duo processor to replicate a Windows type computer. It will not work on a G5 iMac.
The G5 came with the OS 9 operating system and had a Power PC processor. It was the last edition of Mac OS. The iMac switched to the OSx operating system with the next iMac. There was an education only model G5 that did ship with OSx Panther.
Because you can't use Boot camp on a G5. Because a G5 uses a PowerPC processor, not an Intel one. There is no way to run Windows on such a Mac except via a (very slow) emulator.
