Grand Am Spoilers are attached with 4 bolts. Access the nuts by opening the trunk lid and remove. Most GAs spoilers are also secured with a rubbery caulk like material between the spoiler and the trunk lid.
Get a pair of flat plastic kitchen spatulas and pry, alternating front to back, back to front and side to side. Using plastic instead of metal tools will save the paint on your trunk lid and the thickness is actually better at getting the caulk to let go.
A little patience, the caulk will release and your spoiler will be free.

If you have a spoiler, its in the middle of the spoiler on the trunk lid. Otherwise it should be in the middle of the back window. If you dont have a spoiler, but have a filler panel between the rear speakers at the rear window glass, I suspect someone has removed the spoiler or replaced the original trunk lid with one without a spoiler.
