Remove plug or open petcock at the bottom or rear of the radiator or remove the lower radiator hose
If you open tailgate there should be 2 black screws against rear fender - remove these and assembly should pull-out

The fuel pump is located in the fuel tank. The 2000 model year grand prix (as well as 1997-2002) grand prix has a fuel pump access in the trunk simply lift up the rear carpet it is located approximately 8 inches toward the rear from the back seat. So in short there is no need to remove the tank just remove the carpet then the nuts holding down the access pannel.
There should be a panal inside the trunk if you remove that you can take the nuts off and remove the rear tail light giving you access to the bulb.
