What you have to do is start from the bottom, these trucks are put together from the top down, so take them apart you work from the bottom up.

First of take the seat out, its a necessity There are two bolts on each end that go through the metal mounts of your seats and through the supports. Helps if you have two people to lift it out.

Second, the piece of hard plastic on the inside of the door will have two screws on it, take out the one furthest from the back, and simply take the bottom side panel and pull it slightly to the inside just enough to pull it over top of the hard plastic moulding piece.

Third you have to take of your seat belt mount to pull the bottom piece off. There will be a little flap that will open on the furthest back side of the plastic moulding. (this is the bottom of the seatbelt, on both sides on two door extended cabs, and only the one on three door) open this flap and there will be a "torqs" bolt that goes into the bottom of your cab, take that out. There will also be a screw just back and up of your seat mount, that must come out to. If I'm remembering correctly that's all the screws, the rest are clips into the side of the panel, put your arm underneath to get as much surface area around each tab and pull, or use pliers and squeeze them as you pull.

Fourth, there will be a screw above your rear quarter window, take that out. then your top seat belt will pull out from the sides and up, then there will be another "torqs" bolt. to take the belt off.

Fifth, there are two or three metal clips that go into the side of the cab, the only problem is that they are melted into, or glued or something into the body paneling. They are located nearest to the back window. i highly suggest using long pliers to a trim tool to pull this clips out, or the clips will stay in the cab, and break of the moulding. then your screwed. The rest of the clips should pull out fairly easily, just make sure your working in a nice and hot environment so things bend not break when pulling them out from the clips.

Repeat for both sides, fairly easy once you figure it out. The top panel never comes out or gets moved, no broken pieces if you take your time. Make sure you use very good water tight wire connectors, like those ones that shrink when heated with a lighter to make sure your speakers never crap out, and you have to repeat this whole long process
