I assume you mean the a/c pump. First make sure the system is empty. You will need to buy a small tool to release the coupler on the hoses. Not expensive, just tell the person at the auto parts what you want to do, and buy the tool. The rest is just to unbolt the unit, and remove anything else that's in the way.
