fold down the rear seat back, then unbolt it and remove it. Then push the seat belts through the hole in the seat so they are no longer visible. Then you have to perform a random series of jerks, lifts, pushes, cusses and tantrums before the seat will finally pull forward and pop up.

remove back seat, remove screws bottom and top of panel, remove panel. remove 3 bolts and motor arm, window and regulator will pull out.
You can get to it by removing the bottom of your back passenger seat, from there it should be quite simple. The transmission dipstick on a 1986 Toyota Celica is toward the back of the engine compartment on the passenger side of the motor. It is behind the air intake hose.

Good news, Toyota was thoughtful when they installed an access pannel under the back seat. Remove the back seat, unscrew access pannel (6 to 8 Phillips head screws) WALA!! JIm
It is located under the back seat. You have to remove the seat and there is an access panel to get to the fuel pump. Also google it on youtube there is a video on how to locate and remove fuel pump.
