first line up about 4 or 5 of your best friends, then remove the 6 to 8 bolts, depending on the bed size, from the undernieth side of the bed,accessed through holes in the frame on a few of the bolts. next remove the fuel filler neck from the box side, then unplug the taillights from the frame wiring block on the rear of the truck, next get those friends to help lift the bed up and off of the frame
yes, as long as the 2000 is a long bed, all chevy/gmc beds are the same from 1999-2007(classic)
Short bed is 26 gallons. long bed 36 gallons
I have 1999 chevy Silverado z71 wanting to see if a 1994-95 chevy Silverado z71 bed will fit

remove the bed with 2 persones and u will remove the pump from the top not the bottom.
It is inside of the fuel tank. Remove the bed and take it out of the top of the tank. Or remove the fuel tank then take it out.
in the fuel tank you can either remove the tank or the bed to gain access.
to remove a bed on a Chevy truck you have to 1 take the gas filler neck looose (three bolts) 2 un hook the taillight wires 3 ther are 8 bolts in the frame rail that hold the bed on the should be 18mm take them out and lift it off
You can either remove the bed/raise the bed up. And remove it from the top of the tank. Are you can just drop the fuel tank and then take it out of the tank that way.
it all depends on the body style whether its the same or not
the fuel pump is inside the fuel tank so u will have to remove the tank or the truck bed;;
