Just got done doing it actually. remove all the visible screws.. two in the front two above the cup holders. 4 Screws total there. Next pull off the black part that has the cup holders. Under that there are 2 screws holding the console to the floor. Remove them. Then go to the sides on the back.. There are two covers they are oval shaped. pop them off and remove the 4 bolts in there. Then pull off the top part. Next pull out the whole console. The only part that's left it the metal support. It will have 4 bolts and 4 screws attaching it to the floor. Then your done. Except for the two ugly holes where there is no carpet. This is where I'm stuck :)
