I've heard of people using a 3-jawed puller. The compressor is a Ford FS10/Motorcraft YC-189. You'll need a tool to hold the clutch so it doesn't spin. A universal clutch holder tool (rent from local auto parts place or buy, about $20) will help. I'm about to replace the compressor on our 99 so if I get more details, I'll post.
generally u dont replace clutch as it is more prudent to just get a used compressor from junk yard. you will need a pair of snap ring pliers. 1. remove nut on compressor shaft and remove clutch plate. 2. remove snap ring holding pulley on compressor. 3. use two screwdrivers on opposite sides of pulley to help slide off pulley.
The AC Clutch on that year truck is conected to the compressor, Unfortunately there is no way to separate the both. You must pick up a new compressor if your clutch has failed...
The air conditioning compressor clutch relay is located on the bottom of the air conditioner compressor. The relay switch will be labeled.

Unless you have special tools to remove the clutch you don't. Buy the complete assembly either rebuilt or used from a car parts recycler. I assume from your question the compressor seal is leaking, if so go the above route.
AC clutch relay is inside the fuse case within the engine compartment.
# Have the A/C discharged # Disconnect the negative battery cable # Disconnect the compressor clutch electrical connector # Remove the drivebelt # Disconnect the refigerant lines from the top rear of the compressor.Plug the open fittings to prevent entry of dirt and moisture # Unbolt the compressor from the mounting brackets and lift it out of vehicle # Follow the directions with the new compressor regarding the draining of excess oil prior to install # The clutch may have to be transferred from original to the new one
