if its the same as mine you don't.its a led light no bulb.i had 2 buy a new power converter for mine,that's what goes out250$grrrr.if your crafty u can change it to a 12 volt light.in order 2 get at it u have 2 take a bunch of stuff off.if u decide on a 12 volt bulb(that's what i did)theres a wire that hooks up 2 the power converter and it carrys the 12 volts,i just spliced some wires on it and put a 12 bulb on it,i drilled a hole in the back side of the brake light assenbly and stuck the bulb up in there and it works fine.i live in Utah and it wont pass inspection unless the 3rd brake light works grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr good luck
i have mercury mountaineer 2004 i remove first the cover around the radio is a press ion when you remove you have to take 4 screw 2 in left 2 in right them put in front slow them disconnected the harness and antenna .
