You just need to remove the clear plastic lens. Pry it off with a small flat screwdriver. There is a slot on the lens trim on the side that is most distant from the "DOOR-OFF-ON" switch. Put the screwdriver in the slot and then push the lens away from the housing (push towards the switch). It takes some pressure, but it does pry off. The lens is held in place by three clear plastic tabs (two shorter tabs on the side with the slot, and one longer tab in the middle of the lens side by the switch), so you are pushing the two sort tabs free from the housing. After that, changing the bulb is quite easy, but be sure not to touch the replacement bulb directly with your fingers--the oil from your fingers will make the bulb wear out sooner. The bulb, when lit, gets VERY hot.
