first take the three screws off the bottom of the panel. take the cap out that is in the door holder( in the arm rest on the door.) remove screw. pop out the holder and unplug the controls for the window, door locks. use a screw driver because it is quite tricky to do it with your fingers. take the screw out in the door opening handle and remove the bezel.this usually should require you to open the handle a little bit to do so. then reach down to the bottom of the panel and pull lightly.this is to get the clips off. there should be around 6 or 7. then pull out and up at the same time to remove the panel. also if you are trying to replace your speakers i believe they came with factory clarion 6 inch speakers. well i couldent find the 6 inch so i used a 6 1/2 inch and i made new holes for it. works great! well i hope i helped a little, good luck!
