There are screws under the plastic door pull belt end caps. A small blade is needed to get behind the end of the caps and pull them loose. The window control panel lifts out in a similar fashion to expose another mounting screw. The left, right, and bottom edges of the panel are attached to plastic boogers that are inserted in holes in the door. A V shaped tool is used to find and insert around each booger between the panel and door - then pry each one out of it's door hole. The top edge is hooked over the door frame so it must be lifted upwards to get it off. The switch panel can be turned sideways or unplugged to remove the panel. Spray the switches with wd40 while you have them out. If you screw up a booger and pull it out of the panel rather than the door reattached it to the panel with Gorilla glue and wait some hours before replacing the panel. LOL

The fuse panel cover is on the passenger side in a 1998 Oldsmobile intrigue. Same location as vehicles that have it on driver side. Just pull on it and it will pop off.
To remove the dash panel there are two screws directly above the display, take them out. The rest of the panel is held on by clips. The panel should pop right off with the exeption of the conectors for the lights, hatch pop and rear defrost located on the left side of the panel.

Hi, The power control unit on the door panel have clips that will sinmply pop out with a screwdriver exposing a few door panel to body screws. Remove these and the rest of the panel has the same clips.Simply pop them out.Best bet is to replace them after you remove the panel to get a nice tight fit.You can get them from any local parts store.
