Hi, The power control unit on the door panel have clips that will sinmply pop out with a screwdriver exposing a few door panel to body screws. Remove these and the rest of the panel has the same clips.Simply pop them out.Best bet is to replace them after you remove the panel to get a nice tight fit.You can get them from any local parts store.

Using a screw driver, remove the screws and the clips from the door panel. Gently pull the panel away from the frame, and remove any wire connectors. Then pull the panel the rest of the way off.

Open the driver door and remove the access panel on end of dash. Inside there is a round metal flasher held in place by a plastic clasp.

Should have push pin type locks all around the bottom of panel pry these out and then lift up to release the area around the window
remove the panel under the steering wheel and it should be located on the fire wall
The fuse panel cover is on the passenger side in a 1998 Oldsmobile intrigue. Same location as vehicles that have it on driver side. Just pull on it and it will pop off.

take inside door panel off or loose enough to get to the 3 nuts that hold the mirror on.
