There's an indentation in the arm rest. at the bottom of it is a small, rectangular panel. Pull that up with a slotted screwdriver, and you'll see two... I don't remember specifically for the 95, but it's either hex head bolts or screws. Remove those. Look at the door handle, and you'll see a Phillips head screw. Remove that, and remove the piece which the screw holds in. After that, you'll have to go around the perimeter of the door with a trim puller (they're about $10 or so at any major auto parts store). Once you've done that, the trim pulls right off.
