Squeeze the black palstic tabs to remove the grill, much like, if not exactly like you did on the top tabs.

Remove the grillyes you have to remove the grill to change the headlights. Remove the 2 turn sig. screws on each side, and realease (6) plastic clips on the top of the grill and (5) clips on the bottom of the grill just above the bumper.
