If you are referring to the blower motor resistor, it is located behind the glove box and in the heater case.
Try the repair tips on the Autozone web site.
Nope, unfortunately you have to remove the housing and separate both halves.
The heater inlet hose on a 92 Geo Metro is located in the rear of the engine compartment. It runs through the firewall and connects to the heater.
Inside the plastic box beside your blower motor under the dashboard on the passenger side. A real big pain in the rear to replace. Probably plan to spend most of the day on it.
Simply remove the trim panel around it, take off the control knob and unplug it, unscrew the screws and replace it with a new one.
The Blower is mounted under the passenger side glove box high on the firewall

Many are in the air duct near the blower motor.
First you have to remove the glove box. Then you unpulg the wire from the blower motor. Remove the rubber hose between the motor and blower housing. Next disconnect the cable from the case assembly. Take out the 3 blower case mounting screws and lower the case. Then you take out the 3 screws holding the motor in and lift it out. If you're going to put a new one in, you'll have to take the wheel off your old one and re-use it. If it's busted, you might be able to get a new one at Autozone or Advance.
you have to remove the head first.....
The OEM style block heater I have for the 1.0L 3 cylinder mounts on the outside of the engine under the intake manifold. An external block heater.
