Remove the screws that hold the covers in place. Replace bulbs!
Remove tail light housing. Remove lamp. Replace lamp. Replace tail light housing.
Unscrew license plate and remove to expose light fixtures. Wedge light module away from holes. Replace them and return them to sockets.
Look on the back side of the bumper find the socket turn it, remove the bulb replace it, reverse steps to reinstall it
You can replace the dome light bulb in a 2002 Chevy Cavalier by first prying the dome light cover off of the light. Then, remove the bulb and replace it by twisting the bulb from the socket.
remove the bulb holder from behind the lense (inside the bumper) with a 1/4 turn. replace the bulb and reverse for reinstalation.
Remove the screws from the lens covering the bulb, pull out the bulb and replace it.

To change the license plate light on a 1998 Chevy Cavalier, reach up under the bumper and remove the bulb over the license plate. Then put a new bulb in the socket. The bulb can also be accessed by removing the lens on the outside, but there are screws to remove first.
Remove screws, remove light assembly, rotate bulb holder counterclockwise & pull out, replace bulb(# 194). Installation is reverse.....
Remove the headlight assembly and you will have access to the parking light bulb.
It is very easy to change the license plate light on an Oldsmobile Aurora. All you need to do is remove the license plate and look above where the plate was. There are bolts that are holding the light in. Unscrew the bolts and then replace the light.
