There are two snowflakes on that panel. The orangeish one means the temp. is between 40 F and 33F. The red one glows when the temp. is 32F or lower. Hope this helps.

It is bolted just above the emergency brake pedal behind the far left side of the dash. It might be easiest to remove the panel under the steering wheel. Turn on the hazard flashers to help you pinpoint the module. ~Mike Steinbach
remove black plastic peice from inside door just above the door pannel and in front of window. (pops off just use a screw driver) remove the 3 screws that hold the mirror on. if electric, remove electrical plug and remove old mirror. very easy.
