Remove everything that runs under the engine. The three big ones are the skidplate that runs down the middle of the car, the cover plate over the bottom of the clutch, and the exhaust pipe. Once you've done that, remove all the bolts and nuts--some are bolts, some are nuts and a few of them are really well hidden. Then tap the oil pan on the sides with a rubber hammer to dislodge the seal, and it will come right off. Be absolutely sure none of the old gasket is stuck to either the block or the pan before you put it back on; if there is, the new gasket will leak. Been there, done that.
If automatic usually inside the transmission pan
Does a honda accord 95 automatic have a transmition filter?
honda transmissions do not have filters
this is not a owner serviceable part take it to a mechanic
drop the tranny pan and the filter will be there
I don't believe ther is one on this transmission, just the fluid gets changed. If there is a filter, it would be replaced if transmission is overhauled.

You don't. Most Honda transmission have a non-serviceable filter that is located inside the transmission. The transmission must be disassembled to get at the filter. It is designed to last the life of the transmission. By the time the filter is clogged, the transmission needs overhauling.

The transmission may need a flush and filter, or in my 92 accord I solved the problem merely by changing the transmissions computer.
