first take off the tire, Then take off the metal dust cap,The nut should be kinked,take out the kink,Take off the nut with a 1 1/4" socket,The drum should come right off after that.If you need new nuts (sometimes if they are old there won't be enough metal to kink them again) you have to get them from the dealer,they should only cost about 6 or 7 dollars.

The brake fluid reservoir on a 1989 Mazda 626 is on the master cylinder. This is located in the engine compartment on the drivers side.
remove the wheels, then the drums and brake sfoes. There are 4 bolts that hold the hubs onto the axel. Make sure to replace the shims if present when replacing it.

It sounds like your brakes are grabbing, which is often caused by oil, grease or brake fluid on the brake shoes or drums. Take the brake drum off and if you find any contamination on the lining or the drum use brake cleaner to remove it.
