on a 2wd you take off the tire then theres a cap in the middle of the rotor take it off take the pin out its a cotter pin take the nut off then carefully take the rotor off one set of bearings should come off with the rotor after you get the rotor off the other bearings will be exposed grease them or replace then the reverse the procedure
Assuming you have the truck in the air, jack stands under it, and the emergency brake released: Look for the adjuster hole (it should be near the bottom of the brake backing plate, under the axle - it may have a plastic or rubber plug in the hole). Once you find it put an adjuster tool through the hole and force the brake adjuster to turn DOWN (on both sides); once this adjuster has been turned in 'enough' the brake shoes will disengage their tension on the drum and you can 'walk' the drum off the shoes. NOTE: unless someone assembled the brakes wrong, all Chevy drum brakes turn DOWN to release tension on the brake adjuster. Also, you may have to push the parking brake down a bit and release it, then turn the rear wheels a little if the shoe sticks (grooved drum).

Take off the steering knuckle and press out the bearing and hub.Have the new bearing pressed in with the hub and re install the knuckle.
