unadjust the rear parking break.... or the rotor is rusted to the axel.
I assume that you have removed the wheel and so on. In order to remove the rotor you will have to remove the caliper and its bracket. Only after you will be able to remove the rotor.
Remove the tire and wheel. Remove the brake pads and break hardware. The rotor will slide off. You may need to tap the rotor with a hammer.
Remove the caliper, remove the caliper bracket, and remove speed clips that hold rotor. If the rotor is stuck , take a hammer and hit it squarely between the wheel studs.
the E-Brake is located inside the rear rotor. to properly adjust it you have to remove rear rotor and adjust and readjust to correct adjustment.
First remove caliper. Second remove caliper bridge. Third remove rotor. If sized use penetrating fluid and tap rotor with a hammer.
