all you will need is to find rotor size because front and rear rotors are different and check wheel size Volvo"s have rotors sizes for different wheels packages disconnect battery find level ground jack up car remove wheel check brake remove caliper bolts remove rotor pin on rotor take a hammer knock old rotor loose check em,brake clean area from old brake dust reverse process

Remove brake caliper and then caliper mounting frame . Rotor is now free.
Remove caliper,rotor comes right out
Should be the "peel off" type Remove wheel Remove caliper mounting bolts Slide caliper off rotor Rotor should slide off hub assembly
try tapping the rotor with a hammer to break the rust holding it to the hub. also need to remove the flat retaining nut which will be found on one of the lug bolts. If it still does not release you need to release the e-brake cable, the pads may have worn into the inner brake lining
Replace rotor / cut rotor & replace brakes.

there should be two threaded holes visible on the rotor hat . You can thread bolt into the holes with a ratchet to push the rotor off the hub
Unfortunatley the only way I could get them off was with a 10lb sledge hammer, needless to say I had to replace the rotor.
front or rear are the same. you have to remove the caliper and the caliper mounting bracket. you may have to tap the face of the rotor with a hammer to loosen. on the rears you may have to unadjust the rear parking brake shoes.
Lug nuts to remove wheels 3/4" socket, bolts to remove the calipers 18mm, then pull rotor off.
