Its actually quite simple, there are two pins under the left and right seat. All you have to do, is pull the pins (towards the front of the car) and then lift the seat out. There are 2 male end pieces that will be attached to the seat when lifting. It may feel like there are more attachments then just those two, but that's it, just tug and pull once you get those free. Be sure to slide the seat belts out too, you'll see where they go once you get the seat loosened.
Mine felt like it was stuck a lot more on the passenger side, and it was, someone spilt a coke or something a long time ago, and when it dried, it kind of acted as an adhesive between the seat cushion and the body of the car.
You need to remove the rear seat. There are a series of bolts and clips that need to be undone. I recommend reading/purchasing a Haynes manual - they have complete steps on how to perform this.
To remove a 1993 Nissan maxima rear speakers you will have to remove the seat back, you will need a wrench to remove both of the bolts on each side. The seat will move once done, and then pop the parcel shelf trim. The speakers should come out.
It is between the rear seat back and the trunk. You have to remove the rear seat to access.
unscrew bolts and take out.
It located in the gas tank. You can remove the lower rear seat and access it from the fuel pump.
If it's the same as a 2000, just move the seat to the rear position and remove the front two bolts; move the seat to the forward position and remove the rear two bolts; tip the seat back and unplug the four electrical connectors that need to be disconnected before lifting out the seat; the whole seat then lifts out.
The rear seat is not designed to be removed. You can remove the center seat and slide the rear seat forward.

The rear seat isn't designed to be removed. If you have a center bench seat you can remove that by unclipping it, then slide the rear seat forward.
The rear seat is not intended to be removed. You can remove the center seat and slide the rear on forward into it's place.
