How do you remove the rear window wiper completely from my 99 expedition?

Remove the rear wiper arm. Remove the rear inside door panel. Unplug wiring and Remove 3 or 4 bolts holding the wiper motor in place. That's it. You will end up with a hole on the rear hatch door outside panel due to removing the motor. Cover it or shave it off so no water gets in there.
