Loosen the lug nuts about 1 turn. Then raise the tire with the jack. Completely off the ground. Then remove the lug nuts. Remove and replace tire. Then tighten lug nuts until snug. Lower the tire and remove the jack. Completely tighten the lug nuts back up in a star pattern. Repeat for opposite side.
Pretty simple really just use a lug wrench ( there is one supplied with the vehicle ) and the appropriate key if it a security nut and remove it, then screw the new one on and tighten.
