How do you remove the steering wheel horn cover on a 1991 Honda hatchback dx?

The steering wheel cover on a 1991 Honda Civic DX is held on by several mounting screws. Remove all the hardware and the steering covers will just pop off.

you need to buy a steering wheel. {Cheap at auto part store} remove your horn cover screws from behind the steering wheel. attach the pully, screw it in and it will pull the wheel off.

Removal and Installation Remove the instrument cluster finish panel. Remove the lower steering column cover. Remove the lower steering column cover retaining bolts. Position the parking brake release aside and remove the lower steering column cover. Remove the retaining bolts and remove the lower steering column reinforcement.
