There should be 2 Philips screws that hold in the tail light. After unscrewing them, pull the light fixture straight back inline with the length of the vehicle. There areretaining clips that hold it in, but they will pull out and then pop right back in. Hope that helps.
Access the trunk, lights are held on by bolts and connected by a wire harness behind the carpet.
you have to remove the back driver trim in the back of the jeep..........you will find a green plug, the aftermarket wiring will plug into that.......................good luck
Remove the fog light retaining bolt. Remove the fog light wiring harness. The fog light will come out. Reverse the process to install the new fog light.
If you have a trailer wiring harness it probably has a short in it and is back feeding the circuit when the brakes are applied remove and replace the trailer harness and this should fix the problem.
Visit auto parts store and order Hoppy 43105 harness. Remove interiorrear panel just above bumper and interior driver side rear quarter panel (where the jack storage is). You will find an unused wiring harness that is taped out of the way. Use this to connect it to the harness and route the wiring into the jack storage area.
I think the plug is behind the passenger side tail light remove the plastic pin and pull back the mud guard. You may need to remove the tail light too depending on the kit you bought

Remove the generator bolts and generator. Install the generator. Install the generator bolts. Tighten the generator bolts to 50 N
Remove the inside door panel. Remove the wiring harness from the mirror. Remove the mirror retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new mirror.
