Make sure all the clips and screws are out of the panel. Roll the window down, lift upwards on the end of the panel closest to the door lock while pushing the top of the panel in, towards the window. The top of the panel sits in a channel next to the window and you have to dislodge it out of the channel.

on the inside of the door, opposite of the mirror there is a plastic cover, remove the cover and the bolts holding the mirror on will be exposed.
pull door skin to access the electrical connection, disconnect remove black triangle plastic cover on door behind mirror bolts remove 3 nuts from bolts pull mirror off
Remove the cover on the interior by prying then remove the three bolts with a 10 mm ratchet and pull it out.
I just replaced my side mirror. After the bolts are removed you need to work it side to side. It has a tight seal. You also have to remove door panel to unplug the wire that works the mirror.
