There is a little U shaped spring clip between the handle and the door panel that you need to pop off. You can usually remove it with a screwdriver. Its hard to see but its there. Just slide the screwdriver between the handle and the panel. It may take several tries but eventually you will get it and the clip will come off and then you can slide the handle off. You may want to try to watch though because sometimes the clips fly off and you can't find them. Good luck

Remove the interioer trim and you will find two nuts to remove and the whole window trim and all will come out as you break the seal of the black gooie stuff.
