Raise wiper arm up off the windshield. Pull the little metal tab and rotate the catch out that holds the arm up off the windshield. Then pull on the base of the wiper arm and wiggle it up off the splines.

∙ 9y agoThe wiper blades on a 1994 Buick LeSabre should both measure 22 inches in length. Start on the driver's side wiper, and find the small clip holding the blade onto the arm. Disconnect the blade by unclipping that small clip. To install the new blade, line up the hook in the right direction and lock it into place. The same procedure can be taken on the passenger side blade.
