If you can't turn the keyy you are in a bind Try tapping the end of the key with a small hammer and jiggling the key at the same time. If that doesn't work you will need to try a new key If that doesn't work you will need the whole housing and wilkl have to get your passlock reprogrammed Note: If this is an S series the housing is most likely loose on the steering column ( Jiggle the wiper lever up/down If the signal lever on the other side moves as well it's faulty and is the cause of your key not turning)Then you need to replace both cylinder and housing regardless if you get it to turn
