Have to remove the door panel screws, then remove speaker, drop the cables off the window motor (maybe), drill out the rivets that secure the regulator at bottom and remove two bolts at the top of regulator. push window all way up remove glass from regulator, I used a screwdriver but am sure there must be an easier way to remove the caulk that hold window to regulator. then dats about it..if you need to replace motor same thing drill out the rivets and pull out from right side of door...have fun that project sucked for me..LOL

the easy way is to remove the door panel and cut the regulator cables on both sides of the motor then raise the window and wedge a stick under the window to hold it up
Replace the window regulator, it may come with the motor.
I recently had the same problem with a friends 01 Town and Country and it was the drivers side power window motor at fault. A Mopar mechanic friend of mine strongly recommended purchasing the power window regulator assembly with motor attached. If you separate the motor from the assembly, reinstallation is nearly impossible. The complete window regulator with motor assembly was just under $140. Installation took about an hour. Also, the dealership had the assembly in stock which tells me they sell many of them.
