How do you repair an AT selector cable on a 1990 Honda Accord 2.2 LX?

No repairing the cable. Replacement is the only option.

You do not need to remove a fuse at all. To reset the ECU on Honda Accords, just disconnect the negative battery cable (or whatever cable is ground) and wait for 15 minutes, then reconnect.

follow the pos battery cable to find the starter. Remove the neg cable then the wires to the starter and the mounting bolts and work it out.
