My girl says have your boyfriend do it. But in the center of the wiper should be a box, this box is idealy where the arm and your wiper connect. It's a bit of a locking/sliding process, so it is going to use some force when removing/installing a wiper. First, locate the 2 lower pins on the front of the box I talked about, they are just going to be plastic tabs really. Push those inward, and pull the wiper outward. If this stumps you, let me know and I'll make a little video.
