The power steering belt has an adjustment pulley. To tighten the belt on a 1994 Acura Vigor loosen the adjustment pulley and pull it up higher than tighten it.

The Acura Vigor was released between 1992 and 1994. You can probably find one for sale on Craigslist. Finding one at a used car lot would be unusual because of how old the car is.

They are just vent hoses for the distributor and they hide under the fuel rail cover.

Dextron II is recommended for the acura vigor transmission... I wish this was true. The manuals say that Dextron II is an acceptable alternative to the Genuine Honda Z1 ATF. In the real world it is not. For smoother shifting there is no way around buying the more expensive Honda Z1. Read any Honda/Acura Forum post, and they will back this up.

The 1994 infiniti G20 does not have a timing belt, thus you can't replace it even if you want to. The G20 has a timing chain and does not need changing ever!

There is a pointer on the front engine cover. There are two notches on the crankshaft pulley. The white notch is Top Dead Center. The red notch is 15 degrees before Top Dead Center. To check the timing, first, jumper the Service Check Connector under the carpet on the passenger side footwell. Then, use a timing light and see if the red notch aligns with pointer while the engine is at 700rpm. If you need yo adjust the timing (unlikely), you'll have to open the cover on the adjustment resistor. Turn the resistor clockwise to advance the timing (or counterclockwise to retard it). Remove the jumper from the Service Check Connector when you're finished. There are photos, illustrations, and a more detailed description in the Acura Vigor Club's Timely Topics Archive -- see Related Links (below).

The water pump is located behind the timing belt cover. It is driven by the timing belt. If you decide to replace it, replace the belt and idler pullys at the same time.
