take out glove box 4 small screws take off light on bottom of dash carefully pop loose electronic control box clips are on left side dis connect battery unplug both plugs out of box their are tabs top and bottom plugs may have to use needle nose pliers be careful not damage plugs and pins on box remove plastic bracket 2 front screws just loosen ,rear take out both screws remove bracket.
take off both connections to blower motor .take off rubber housing around blower motor .you must manipulate it to come off and out the bottom .take screws out of blower motor. one scew is a ground.note the clocking off blower motor and screw location of ground it must go back in the same positon after it is manuevered back in place.
and ground screw must go back in same hole. their are line up tits in aiding blower motor back to original position.
rotate blower around to come out its very tite. stick with it and have patients taking out and reinstalling blower.
its out now, do it all in reverse, i know its tight i did it take care reinstalling eveything its a little bit better now that you know were all the screws are.
The blower motor resistor pack is defective. Replace it.
