take the front panel off where the knob that needs bulb replacement is (it should snap out) then take the screws out and pull on it there's a wire conected to the knob and the bulb at the same time twiste it and pull it out and replace your bulb

pull the heater control knob off and located behind is a small capless bulb pull out and then push in new bulb replace knob job done

You can't just replace the lights you would have to replace the whole control cluster.
The heater matrix can be replaced by removing the heater core and temperature control cables. Replace the heater core and the control cables.
