1. First you disconnect the Battery
2. Then you take the hoses off the pump
3. disconnect all the bolts
4. Remove the serpentine belt.
5. Pull the unit out of the car.
6. Put on the pulley remover that you rented earlier from Auto Zone.
7. remove pulley
8. install new one
9. Re-install another new one because the first new one broke as you installed it.
