Good question! I'd like to know too. My Haynes manual wasn't very helpful. It said to just remove the two screws at the top of the case and pull the thing straight out. I took the screws out, but the case seems to still be attached at another point. What a mystery! Okay... so Haynes was right. You just have to pull really hard. Nothing broke. :)
