Mine is a 98 but they should be the same.There are two rubber boots on the inside of the caliper. Pop off the caps on the end and it gives you access to the Allen head bolts that hold the caliper on. Remove the caliper and wire it up so it doesn't hang from the brake hose. Now you can remove the pads. To get the caliper to fit back over the rotor you have to compress the caliper piston in to make up for the new pads. I use large c-clamp.
