Orifice tube on f150 with 4.2
A friend who works at ford told me if the dip stick tube is broke at the block like mine is, screw a screw into the block where the tube is broken just enough to get something to grip and pull out the broken part. The tube is held in by an o ring and should pop out the pop the new one in.
It will cost you about $743.00 to replace a vacuum tube on a Ford Focus 2002.
The oil dipstick tube comes out of the block on the driver's side.

take the bolts out and unplug wiring harness,unbolt gas fill tube and lift the bed off
If it is a manual Ford Ranger 98, simply open the boot at the base, remove the nut that is on the bolt, put the nut on the other side and tighten it there instead. Then the bolt will be forced out of the shaft.
Motor Oil Dipsticks is located on the drivers side engine compartment.
depends on the year i just did my 1986 f150 302 it was located on the front of the motor two bolts 1/2 inch and a tube on the bottom then you take off the sensor plug look under motorcraft products on the internet to see what it looks like have fun
