Aight. Under the passenger side glove box, there is two screws, hold plastic cover up. Unscrew, you will see the sensor box, slide it off carefully to the right, set it to the side. Next, there is 3 screws(7mm i believe) holding the ac motor up, unscrew, drop it down, and the blower is right behind that, you will see it, its kind of hard to get to, and held in place with two screws, 5mm i believe, unscrew, pop out, put the new one in, test ur ac unit to see if it works, then put it all back together!
resistor for fan blower is in back of glove box, beside the blower itself.

Did you already replace the heater blower resistor? I only paid 30 bucks for a replacement at Cut Rate Auto Parts. Mine was rusted and broken.

The blower may simply have burned out. If the blower is out then the heater probably still works.

The heater blower motor, which is under the dash is held in by three screws. After unscrewing, wiggle the blower out by pulling back the carpet layers to give extra room. Make sure that the replacement matches the original as there are two versions of the motor for earlier 2000 models.
Assuming you're talking about the blower motor, because the blower motor resistor is faulty, and needs to be replaced. On the high setting, it doesn't go through the resistor - on the other settings, it does.
