First, remove drive shaft. unbolt u-joint "straps" ; a bent metal bracket with two bolts attaching to rear yoke. Mark location on driveshaft and on the yoke for position( permanent marker works well, or a paint pen). Slide driveshaft out of the back of the transmission (or t-case if 4x4). The u joint end caps are usually "plastic injected"... meaning you have to heat them with a torch and bang on them with a hammer. if they are plastic injected you can see a little plastic dot on the side of the u joint. To re-install, you'll need a clamp or a vise and a socket to press in the end caps. put u joint in the drive shaft. Place both end caps in the holes covering the u joint ends, put a socket on the rear cap, and clamp them both in. reverse those above steps and you'll have it back in the truck in no time. hope this helps

No, The joint is just not being put in correct. Go buy a good u-joint SORRY
You have to replace the whole drive shaft.
I heat the yoke eye and joint cap with a torch until the plastic oozes out then press the joint out as usual. The replacement joint will have regular retaining clips to hold the joint cap in place.
Must not be installed correctly. If the joint is not perfectly centered it will vibrate.
